Paver Connection was founded in 1989 by Randy Carpenter, a certified instructor for the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI). Randy is a licensed Texas irrigator and drainage provider who trains other paver installers across the country. Paver Connection has helped hundreds of families and organizations enhance the appeal and value of their homes and businesses by professionally installing beautiful and durable interlocking paving systems.
